Become the Director of Programs and Member Services at NACCA, shaping the future of Indigenous financial growth in Ottawa, Ontario. This role requires a skilled leader dedicated to economic empowerment.
As NACCA's Director, you will be instrumental in developing and delivering programs for Indigenous Financial Institutions. Your efforts will include budget oversight, team management, and continuous improvement of capacity-building initiatives for Indigenous entrepreneurs. This leadership role will engage multiple stakeholders to ensure maximum impact and support for Indigenous communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Indigenous Entrepreneurship Program strategies and operations
• Manage program budgets and maintain compliance standards
• Facilitate training and mentorship for workforce development
• Build relationships across IFIs and governmental bodies
• Evaluate program performance and ensure quality improvement
Requirements:
• 10+ years in program management or related expertise
• University degree in Economics, Public Relations, or Business
• Familiarity with Indigenous organizations preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
