Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial aspects including budgets and key performance indicators

• Lead service development and delivery across multiple projects

• Provide technical guidance and support to team members

• Ensure compliance with quality standards through regular site visits

• Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships

Requirements:

• University degree in engineering, architecture, or related field

• Six years of relevant experience

• Knowledge in financial management and risk management

• Strong leadership and human resources skills

• Bilingual in English and French is preferred
