Executive Director

Position: Executive Director Green Municipal Fund
Lead Canada's climate initiatives with FCM as the Executive Director overseeing the Green Municipal Fund. Drive strategic growth and sustainable solutions within a flexible work environment.

The Executive Director role focuses on delivering innovative climate programs while leading the Green Municipal Fund  part of the Senior Leadership team, you will ensure programs achieve measurable climate and community outcomes. Your experience will guide relationships with key stakeholders, including federal partners and municipalities, fostering collaboration for impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic vision and performance for the Green Municipal Fund

• Cultivate partnerships with government and community stakeholders

• Oversee investment strategies and program direction

• Ensure strong financial stewardship and governance

• Drive innovation and growth of climate programs

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in complex organizations

• Background in public and private sector partnerships

• Strong financial acumen and risk management skills

• Bilingual in French and English is an asset
