Engagement Manager Hybrid Position

TEKsystems Global Services is seeking an Engagement Manager in Ottawa, ON, to manage client engagements effectively. This hybrid role focuses on delivering projects within scope while ensuring customer satisfaction.

As the Engagement Manager, you will lead multiple engagements, managing expectations and facilitating communication among clients and internal teams. Financial oversight, resource optimization, and risk management are integral to this role, ensuring engagement success. You will prepare performance reports and contribute to business growth through client retention strategies.

• Oversee financial management and profitability of projects

• Implement effective resource allocation strategies

• Lead and develop engagement teams for optimal performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

• Strong analysis and problem-solving capabilities

• Superior time management and organizational skills

• Preferred: PMP and experience with Agile methodologies
