Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support the Shelter supervisory team
• Oversee training and evaluation of team members
• Manage the Shelter staffing schedule effectively
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with reporting
• Provide emergency support and address client-related issues
Requirements:
• Relevant degree in Social Service or similar field
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience required
• Registered or eligible with a suitable regulatory body
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
