This position requires extensive knowledge of investment processes and stakeholder engagement, providing strategic oversight and governance across various funds. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead negotiations and execution of fund investments

• Monitor portfolio performance and compliance with agreements

• Provide governance insights for improved fund outcomes

• Coach and mentor a high-performing team of Analysts

• Design and implement new investment programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field

• Over 10 years in venture capital or growth investing

• Expertise in fund governance and negotiations

• Strong understanding of Canadian venture capital ecosystem

• Proven leadership abilities in team management
