As the Pursuit Manager, you will lead a small yet impactful team dedicated to managing strategic pursuits in both public and private sectors. This role emphasizes operational oversight, proposal development, and stakeholder collaboration to achieve high-quality outcomes. You will also implement innovative process improvements and empower your team members through mentorship and coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the pursuit management process for strategic projects
• Mentor team members in proposal strategy and development
• Oversee compliance reviews and submissions
• Drive process enhancements to improve efficiencies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for better service delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in pursuits
• Preferred certifications: APMP, PMP, or similar
• Proven track record in managing teams
• Strong project management and analytical skills
