Infrastructure Business Center Operations Leader

Lead the Infrastructure Business Center for Land Services at Stantec across Ontario and Atlantic Canada. Drive operational excellence and financial performance while managing a talented team of over 200 professionals.

As the Business Center Operations Leader, you will oversee leadership, resourcing, and financial operations for your team. This role includes managing health, safety, security, and office operations while ensuring continuous improvement. Collaborate with various leaders and project teams to exceed client expectations and drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial statements and discretionary spending

• Monitor forecasting and project progress metrics

• Develop and oversee the business center budget

• Identify underperformance and implement improvement plans

• Prioritize utilization targets through backlog management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

• Minimum 15 years' experience in leadership and financial management

• Familiarity with consulting practices preferred

• Experience with Ontario & Atlantic Canada clients is an asset

• Professional registration in a related field is a plus
