Key Responsibilities:
• Lead emergency response restoration teams and projects
• Serve as the main contact for customer guidance
• Train and mentor crew members on best practices
• Oversee equipment maintenance and safety checks
• Collaborate with management for project success
Requirements:
• IICRC Certifications in water, fire, and mold restoration
• 2-3 years of restoration/mitigation industry experience
• Proven leadership in managing teams
• Valid Ontario G-Class Driver’s License
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
