Facilities Manager at CMPA

Lead facilities operations as CMPA's Manager for Dow's Lake Court in Ottawa, Ontario. Ensure effective maintenance and strategic planning to meet organizational needs every day.

As the Lead, Facilities & Workplace Services, you will oversee the operations of CMPA’s facilities, focusing on real estate and property management. This position requires a strong background in facilities management, with expertise in budgeting, project management, and team leadership.

Your role includes supervising third-party contractors, managing building operations, and ensuring the facilities are aligned with CMPA’s strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise property management and contracted services

• Develop operational plans and budgets for Dow’s Lake Court

• Coordinate renovations, moves, and space planning

• Oversee health and safety compliance initiatives

• Manage tenant and client relationships for satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-year degree in Facility Management or similar

• 7-9 years of facilities-related experience

• 3 years in a leadership role required

• Familiarity with AutoCAD is an asset

• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
