Friendship Fast is a rapidly growing shipping and logistics company connecting Nunavut communities with southern suppliers. From groceries and furniture to vehicles and bulk shipments — we make shopping and shipping to the North easier and more efficient than ever.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our digital operations, customer communication, and marketing initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys combining creativity with problem-solving.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee all online customer operations — from order tracking to support and delivery updates.
  • Coordinate with our Ottawa warehouse and Nunavut logistics teams to ensure smooth shipment flow.
  • Manage website updates, SEO, and online content to keep information accurate and engaging.
  • Develop and execute online marketing and social media campaigns to expand our reach.
  • Supervise customer communications through email, chat, and social platforms.
  • Create performance reports and recommend process improvements.
  • Provide creative input on digital design, branding, and customer experience strategies.
What We’re Looking For Education
  • High school diploma required
  • Postsecondary education in business, marketing, or related field is an asset
Experience
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, customer service, e-commerce, or logistics
Skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in SEO, social media, and online analytics tools
  • Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
  • Familiarity with website management (Word Press or Woo Commerce preferred)
  • Understanding of shipping or logistics processes
  • Creative, organized, and detail-oriented mindset
