Position: CSIS Co-op: Change & Project Focus
Join the Canadian Security Intelligence Service for a unique 2027 co-op focusing on change management and project initiatives. Gain hands-on experience while collaborating with experts.

CSIS seeks 3rd-year undergraduate, graduate-level students, or those with relevant College Diplomas. This role will have you immerse in change management strategies and project management assistance. From developing change roadmaps to analyzing project performance, you will play a key part in organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with management advisors on projects

• Support change workshops and readiness efforts

• Assist in performance dashboard development

• Conduct post-implementation evaluations

• Create reports for senior leadership

Requirements:

• Must be enrolled in an accredited program

• Experience in team environments

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data work

• Experience in research and analysis tasks
