In this pivotal role, you will implement sales strategies and oversee operations for premium seating areas. Supervise a team of 10 as you train staff in servicing VIP clients, maintain box seat inventory, and effectively communicate with vendors. Collaboration with the Senior Operations Manager is essential for performing at a high level.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate training for non-Food & Beverage staff
• Lead operations team on event days
• Organize pre-shift meetings and staff duties
• Enhance communication between departments for efficiency
• Monitor VIP areas for guest satisfaction
Requirements:
• 3+ years in a high-quality hospitality role
• Proven experience in staff supervision and development
• Familiarity with ticketing and inventory systems
• Must be Smart Serve certified; 19 years+ required
• Committed to exceptional fan experiences during events
