As Executive Director, you will provide overall leadership and strategic direction for Child Care Now, focusing on establishing a sustainable, accessible child care system. This key role requires collaboration with the Board and engagement with the community to further the organization’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement effective child care advocacy strategies

• Represent the organization at national forums and events

• Manage relationships with government officials and stakeholders

• Lead fundraising efforts for program sustainability

• Cultivate a strong organizational culture across Canada

Requirements:

• Significant advocacy experience at a national level

• Strong policy development and public engagement skills

• Experience in managing teams and governance

• Excellent communication and public speaking abilities

• French language skills are an asset
