AJC Bilingual Mobilization Officer

Play a vital role at the AJC as a Bilingual Campaign and Mobilization Officer, enhancing public service lawyers' work conditions. This hybrid position emphasizes equity and diversity within advocacy.

As a Campaign Officer, you will support the AJC's mobilization initiatives. This role requires a commitment to community engagement and five years of experience in campaigning and advocacy. You will empower AJC members through mobilization strategies and oversee training and participation efforts to achieve effectively organized campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize member outreach efforts to strengthen union presence

• Facilitate AJC steward meetings and training sessions

• Implement mobilization strategies for collective bargaining

• Establish connections with community organizations for joint campaigns

• Develop resources for advocacy training and campaigns

Requirements:

• Academic background in Political Science or similar fields

• At least 5 years’ experience in campaigning and advocacy

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proven ability to inspire and engage union members

• Familiarity with social media management tools
