Indigenous Youth in STEM Program Manager

Lead the charge for Indigenous youth engagement in STEM as a Program Manager with Actua. Establish meaningful connections while driving program delivery across Canada.
Actua invites applications for a dedicated Manager to oversee the Indigenous Youth in STEM (InSTEM) program on a full-time basis. You’ll act as a strategic advisor, enhancing program implementation and ensuring adherence to Actua's engagement principles. Your expertise in fostering relationships will be vital in shaping pathways for Indigenous youth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct annual program evaluations for network members

• Craft tailored coaching plans addressing pedagogical needs

• Provide key support in community relationship management

• Facilitate the recruitment and retention of Indigenous instructors

• Manage the budget and lifecycle of the InSTEM Youth Delegation
Requirements:

• Strong lived Indigenous experience and cultural insight

• Proven track record in project management and relationship building

• Familiarity with land-based and culturally relevant programming

• Effective organizational skills with a problem-solving mindset

• Deep commitment to promoting STEM opportunities for Indigenous youth
