Position SummaryThe Network Coordinator, Fund Development supports national fundraising and donor engagement to strengthen organizational growth and sustainability. The role coordinates fundraising initiatives, builds stakeholder relations, and provides communications and administrative support across the CPF Network.

Le rôle consiste à coordonner des initiatives de financement, développer les relations avec les parties prenantes et offrir un soutien en communication et en administration à travers le réseau de CPF.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and support national fundraising and donor engagement initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Assist with fundraising campaigns, communications, and promotional materials.
- Track donations, maintain records, and support reporting activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on development initiatives.
- Support event coordination, outreach activities, and administrative tasks as required.

- Participer aux campagnes de financement, aux communications et à la préparation de matériel promotionnel.
- Assurer le suivi des dons, maintenir les dossiers à jour et soutenir les activités de reddition de comptes.
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes dans le cadre d’initiatives de développement.
- Soutenir la coordination d’événements, les activités de rayonnement et diverses tâches administratives au besoin.
Full‑time position (37.5 hrs/week) until March 31st, 2026. Renewal planned on a yearly basis, dependent on confirmed funding. Starting salary will be paid bi‑weekly and is commensurate with experience and qualifications ($62,000 – $75,000). Performance will be evaluated after a three‑month probationary period. Eligible for Group Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance & Disability) and RRSP after 90 days.
CONDITIONS D’EMPLOIPoste à temps plein (37,5 heures/semaine) jusqu’au 31 mars. Renouvellement prévu annuellement, sous réserve du financement confirmé. Le salaire de départ, versé aux deux semaines, sera établi selon l’expérience et les qualifications (62 000 $ à 75 000 $ par année). Le rendement de la personne sélectionnée sera évalué après une période de probation de trois mois. Admissibilité aux avantages sociaux collect ifs (assurance santé, dentaire, vision, vie et invalidité) ainsi qu’au régime enregistré d’épargne‑retraite (REER) après 90 jours.
Qualificationsand Core Competencies
- Postsecondary education in fundraising, marketing, communications, or a relevant field.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in fundraising, marketing, nonprofit communications, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating projects, campaigns, or stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and donor/member management systems (CRM platforms considered an asset).
- Strong relationship‑building, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Collaborative team player with strong problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
