In this vital leadership role, the Vice President of Philanthropy will strategize fundraising efforts aimed at improving cancer support systems. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll cultivate partnerships, manage major gifts, and execute campaigns that align with the Foundation's community-based model for patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create effective fundraising strategies to strengthen donor engagement
• Build sustained relationships with individual and corporate donors
• Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational fundraising priorities
• Mentor the philanthropy team in achieving operational goals
• Enhance the Foundation’s profile within the community
Requirements:
• Proven success in leading fundraising strategies
• Experience with donor engagement and relationship-building
• Similar experience within healthcare or charitable sectors is valuable
• Experience with campaign development or capital fundraising preferred
• Bilingual ability is a considerable advantage
