In this vital role, you will play an instrumental part in directing all aspects of the Foundation's fundraising. Your leadership will enhance donor relationships and increase organizational visibility. You will be pivotal in aligning funding initiatives with community needs while addressing the challenges faced by cancer patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide fundraising operations focused on long-term donor retention
• Engage with high-value donors and community stakeholders
• Act as a public spokesperson for the Foundation at events
• Mentor and lead the philanthropy team towards operational goals
• Strategically align fundraising with future infrastructure needs
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in complex fundraising environments
• Proven ability to build and nurture donor relationships
• Strong operational leadership and strategic planning skills
• Bilingual communication expertise preferred
• Experience in healthcare, cancer care, or charitable fundraising
