This role is exclusively for Canadian citizens and permanent residents. You'll oversee conducting skill assessments and leading workshops designed to enhance partner organizations' capacity. Additionally, establish new business partnerships to create pathways for employment for women and youth, ensuring economic resilience in vulnerable communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out skills needs assessments among private sector partners
• Organize capacity-building workshops for partner organizations
• Facilitate networking events to create collaboration opportunities
• Establish monitoring frameworks to track economic impact
• Train partners on effective data collection and analysis
Requirements:
• Relevant degree in Business Administration or similar
• Strong background in strategic planning and business strategies
• Experience in marketing and the private sector
• Ability to foster relationships in diverse environments
• Collaborative experience across multicultural teams
