You will be responsible for developing and delivering the Client Support Services program under the Program Manager. This includes supervising CSS staff and ensuring high-quality support is provided. Your strong organizational and communication skills will be vital in addressing the varied needs of Government-Assisted Refugees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and assess program activities effectively
• Supervise training for CSS staff and volunteers
• Assist caseworkers in crisis situations
• Collaborate with community providers
• Collect and analyze required data for reporting
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant field
• Strong understanding of diverse cultural contexts
• Proven experience working with high-need clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Technological proficiency with office and database systems
