In this role, you will coordinate and execute impactful fundraising events, including the popular Wiggle Waggle Walk & Run, while ensuring seamless community involvement. Your expertise in planning and organizing will help maximize the support we receive for our animals in need.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the planning and execution of OHS events
• Create promotional materials for community outreach
• Establish and nurture relationships with event partners
• Administer event materials and budget management
• Assist in evaluating events and reporting outcomes
Requirements:
• Event management diploma or relevant certification
• Minimum two years’ experience in event coordination
• Background in volunteer management preferred
• Expertise in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Holder of a valid driver’s license and First Aid certification
Drive vital fundraising efforts and strengthen community ties with your skills.
