Position: National Coordinator for Migrant Services
Take on the National Coordinator role for the Migrant and Refugee Ministry at CCCB in Ottawa, where you will coordinate support for vulnerable populations. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing local ministry efforts across Canada.

As the National Coordinator, you will oversee the implementation of a three-year service project in collaboration with the Episcopal Commission for Justice and Peace. Your expertise will guide dioceses in providing critical support and advocacy for migrants, refugees, and temporary workers. This position emphasizes resource development and national networking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and coordinate the three-year migrant service

• Connect with diocesan representatives and Catholic organizations

• Create tools and resources for effective ministry

• Organize events and training activities for volunteers

• Monitor policy issues impacting migrant communities

Requirements:

• University degree in a relevant field or equivalent

• Five years of experience in ministry or related areas

• Knowledge of Catholic Social Teaching and advocacy

• Proficiency in English and French

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
