You will be responsible for leading comprehensive planned giving initiatives that align with the College’s fundraising goals. By implementing innovative engagement strategies and maintaining strong donor relationships, you will drive significant financial support through major and legacy gifts.
Your role is pivotal in enhancing Algonquin College's philanthropic sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute strategic planned giving initiatives to secure legacy commitments
• Develop a major donor revenue program in collaboration with leadership
• Manage a diverse portfolio of 125+ major gift donors
• Conduct cultivation and solicitation for planned giving prospects
• Lead donor stewardship and recognition efforts
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Seven years of front-line fundraising experience
• Success in securing multi-year donations
• Proficient in developing fundraising campaigns
• Ability to negotiate gift agreements and collaborations
