• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to achieve CSR program goals.

  Identify and build relationships with donors, sponsors, and corporate partners.

  Create and manage CSR campaigns, events, and activities to raise awareness and funds.

• Draft grant proposals, sponsorship requests, and funding appeals.

  Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align CSR initiatives with company objectives.

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of fundraising activities and CSR programs.

  Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to fundraising and CSR activities.

  Manage budgets, track donations, and maintain accurate records of fundraising efforts.

• Advocate for the company’s CSR vision through public speaking, media engagement, and networking.

Education Requirement

• Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) AND Master of Social Work (MSW)
• Experience – 0-2 years
