Vice President Philanthropy Cancer Foundation

Drive philanthropic initiatives as the Vice President of Philanthropy at the Ottawa Cancer Foundation. Enhance donor engagement and community ties to elevate cancer care in Eastern Ontario.

In this senior role, you will report directly to the CEO and lead strategic fundraising initiatives. Your focus will be on expanding donor confidence and developing partnerships to increase organizational visibility. Engage actively with stakeholders and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies for impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of the fundraising strategy

• Engage with donors and community leaders effectively

• Coordinate philanthropy across diverse platforms

• Oversee successful execution of campaigns and events

• Manage and mentor the philanthropy team

Requirements:

• Proven success in sophisticated fundraising methods

• Experience in capital campaigns and donor stewardship

• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships

• Strong public speaking and relationship management skills

• Bilingualism in both official languages is advantageous
