Regional Partnership Volunteer Director BEC Ontario

Leverage your skills as a Volunteer Regional Partnership Director with Black Engineers of Canada (BEC) in Ontario, dedicating approximately 10 hours per week to nurture impactful partnerships and enhance community engagement.

This volunteer position focuses on developing strategic partnerships that support BEC's mission. You will analyze sector trends, establish strong relationships, and develop proposals that resonate with potential partners, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals. Success is driven by securing funding agreements and fostering long-term collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute a partnership strategy

• Build and manage partner relationships

• Identify funding and sponsorship opportunities

• Coordinate with internal teams for program development

• Represent BEC at events and stakeholder meetings

Requirements:

• Interest in community-focused initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree and 5-10 years of experience in partnerships

• Proven ability to manage significant partnerships

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Bilingual English/French preferred in Quebec
