Affinity Giving Manager at United Way

This full-time role emphasizes strategic donor cultivation, engagement, and stewardship, particularly through affinity programs targeting women and families. With five years of fundraising experience, the Manager will develop strong relationships to align donor interests with United Way’s mission. Collaborate with Marketing and Community Impact teams to enhance donor investment and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage affinity programs for mid-level giving

• Build relationships with donors and community partners

• Collaborate on marketing and engagement strategies

• Lead volunteer engagement opportunities for community champions

• Monitor revenue targets and donor retention efforts

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent education/experience

• Minimum five years fundraising experience

• Supervisory skills are an asset

• Strong strategic and tactical thinking skills

• Bilingualism preferred with G driver's license required
