Contribute to leadership growth with CI3 as a Volunteer Project Manager for the Annual Leadership Series. This role encompasses project management, event planning, and stakeholder coordination in a hybrid setting.
CI3 Inc. seeks five volunteer Project Managers for its leadership events in Ottawa and hybrid locations. Ideal candidates will actively support event delivery and community engagement while organizing timelines and enhancing participant experiences.
Your role will involve collaboration with various stakeholders and creating impactful leadership events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support planning and delivery of CI3’s annual leadership events
• Coordinate project timelines, action items, and milestones
• Facilitate communication between speakers, sponsors, and volunteers
• Manage logistics, including venue setup and registration
• Assist in gathering post-event feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Project management skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience in event planning or stakeholder engagement
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace or Trello
• Commitment to a 12-month volunteer role, hybrid availability
