As a Wish Granting Volunteer, you will work closely with children battling serious illnesses and their families to turn wishes into reality. Your responsibilities will include planning and logistics, as well as providing emotional support. You will contribute to creating memorable experiences and fostering hope through your involvement, balancing tasks with compassion and care for each family’s needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work alongside the wish coordinator and family
• Plan boosts throughout the wish journey
• Strategize the reveal and announcement of the wish
• Provide assistance during the wish day if required
• Ensure engagement throughout each wish experience
Requirements:
• Effective communication skills for family interactions
• Enthusiastic and positive representation of the organization
• Proficient in basic IT with personal device access
• Comfortable commuting to the wish locations
• Must be at least 18 years old
