Key Responsibilities:

• Execute affinity giving strategies to boost donor engagement

• Cultivate and manage a portfolio of mid-level donors

• Partner with Marketing on branding and engagement efforts

• Support community volunteers in fundraising initiatives

• Achieve annual revenue targets for donor acquisition and retention

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• Five years of fundraising with relationship-building focus

• Supervisory experience is advantageous

• Strong networking and problem-solving abilities

• Valid G driver's license and willingness for background checks
