• Conduct outreach activities to identify community needs

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in health or social services

• Experience with program planning and group facilitation

• Strong communication skills in English; other languages desirable

• Valid First Aid and CPR certification

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
