As an Operations Coordinator, you will deliver top-notch support to volunteers and staff, enhancing retention and engagement. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage volunteer databases and compliance documentation

• Prepare monthly Volunteer Eblast with updates
• Ensure data integrity in the Volgistics system
Requirements:
• Minimum five years of administrative or operational experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Understanding of compliance requirements in volunteer services
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
