Position: Full-Time Pastor for First Baptist Church
Embark on a meaningful journey as a full-time Pastor at First Baptist Church in Temiskaming Shores, ON. Lead worship, evangelism, and outreach with an enthusiastic Revitalization Team in a supportive community.

First Baptist Church is seeking a passionate Pastor to provide preaching and teaching ministry. In this role, you will engage in community outreach and ministries for all ages, while collaborating with a dynamic team eager for growth. Candidates should possess CBOQ credentials or equivalent and a Master of Divinity degree from an accredited seminary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging worship services and Bible studies

• Coordinate evangelism and outreach activities

• Provide pastoral care, visitation, and counseling

• Attend Deacons, Board, and congregational meetings

• Undertake additional duties as needed

Requirements:

• CBOQ credentials or equivalent qualifications

• Master of Divinity from an accredited seminary

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Experience in working with children and youth

• Integrity and authenticity in living out Christian faith
