Vacancy status:
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Team Rubicon Canada (TR Canada) is a veteran-led humanitarian organization, built to serve communities before, during, and after disasters and crises. Our people, known as Grey shirts, are the cornerstone of our mission and success. We are committed to fostering an environment that embodies the principles of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEI&B) inclusive of beliefs, cultural backgrounds, job experiences, thoughts, and ideas across all aspects of our operations.
We are seeking a Manager, Partnerships, Community and Events who can build relationships, create meaningful partner experiences, and turn community engagement into sustainable support for our mission. Reporting to the Director of Development, you will lead corporate partnership development and stewardship, Corporate Service Days, sponsorship initiatives, and TR Canada-hosted events. You will also support community and third-party fundraising activities that expand our national reach, strengthen donor engagement, and generate revenue.
This role sits at the intersection of fundraising, relationship management, events, and mission delivery. You will work closely with corporate partners, community supporters, Grey shirts, and colleagues across the organization to create experiences that connect people directly to TR Canada’s work.
The right person is a self-starter, strategic relationship-builder, and disciplined operator. You know how to move from a promising conversation to a lasting partnership—and from an event concept to a well-executed experience that delivers measurable results. Our culture requires individuals foolish enough to think they can change the world and competent enough to have a chance. Every day is a challenge, but every month brings new opportunities.
This position can be hybrid or remote with some travel required.
