Engage actively with various community organizations and political leaders to facilitate productive collaborations. You will identify community needs, coordinate advocacy efforts, and support local initiatives aimed at improving residents' quality of life through effective civic engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and monitor community needs and challenges
• Support sustainable solutions to quality of life issues
• Collaborate with politicians on priority community matters
• Build coalitions for collective community action
• Organize workshops and community outreach events
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in relevant field or equivalent
• 5 to 7 years of community experience
• Able to communicate in both French and English
• Strong understanding of social justice principles
• Willingness to work flexible hours
