You will report to the Executive Director and play a vital role in diversifying revenue streams to support the mission of the OSEG Foundation. Your demonstrated fundraising experience, along with a strategic mindset, will help boost long-term philanthropic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design multi-year fundraising strategies to meet revenue goals

• Actively manage donor engagement and solicitation processes

• Develop high-impact grant proposals with program staff

• Plan segmented annual giving appeals for donor retention

• Report on key fundraising metrics and outcomes

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of fundraising expertise with strong achievements

• Completion of a Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma

• Proficient knowledge of donor lifecycle and best practices

• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities

• Ability to juggle competing priorities and deadlines
