Competent computer, organizational, time management and administrative skills

A Youth Worker plays a key role in developing and maintaining programs for youth, building community partnerships and staying connected to the youth. We need Youth Workers in most Highlands Region Centres. Specifically, we are looking for new Youth Workers in Fergus, Grand Valley, Huntsville & Orangeville.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct ministry to youth
Program implementation
Operational & personal funding
Effectively connecting with youth and the community

This is a full time position (35-40 hours/week). The starting salary range for this staff position is $34,500 to $37,000. It is determined on a scale based on education and experience (0-5 years) and is 100% funded on a missionary basis - requiring the gathering of a personal support team to cover the salary.
