Your role will blend leadership, outreach, and community-building efforts.
As the Young Adult Pastor, you will guide the youth group while developing a dedicated ministry for young adults aged 18-29. We value authenticity, a passion for youth, and a desire to engage non-Christian young people. Your leadership will cultivate a thriving community focused on shared faith experiences and spiritual outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and vision for youth and young adults
• Recruit, mentor, and empower ministry leaders
• Plan and implement engaging outreach events
• Foster open communication with parents and community members
• Manage the annual ministry budget and prepare calendar
Requirements:
• Minimum of one year in pastoral leadership with youth
• Strong faith and relational communication skills
• Integrity and a commitment to serving others
• Capability to engage in local community initiatives
• Theological training preferred but not essential
Lead youth and young adults to a deeper relationship with Christ at Community Bible Church in Ottawa.
