Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage the Dietary Department, enhance menu offerings, and oversee all food service operations. This role is ideal for those with a Culinary Management diploma, Red Seal certification, and a passion for nutrition in the health sector, equipped with three years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement comprehensive rotational menus
• Ensure compliance with Canada’s Food Guide
• Maintain sanitation standards in food service
• Review meals with staff and inspect food quality
• Address resident dietary preferences and concerns
Requirements:
• Graduate of Culinary Management with Red Seal
• Three years of dietary management experience
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety protocols
• Conversational skills in English and French
• Strong ability to adapt and work with senior residents
