For over 40 years, Bridgehead has been sourcing and supporting a family of small-scale, sustainable farmers around the world. Today, we have 17 locations across Ottawa and employ over 300 team members. We were the first to bring Fairtrade coffee to Ottawa coffeehouses and continue to be a place where you can enjoy an exceptional cup of coffee, directly sourced from global producers. Locally, Bridgehead supports hundreds of neighborhood organizations every year, including in-kind donations of coffee, tea, gift baskets and gift cards.

• Experience in Customer Service is considered an asset
• Established professional, empathetic, and engaged customer service model

• Verified record of punctuality/attendance and time management

• Physically fit to stand, walk, bend, twist and lift up to 30 kg, and to work at counter height for up to an 8-hour shift
