Bridgehead is seeking a passionate Barista to work at its 282 Elgin St. location. With a focus on sustainable coffee sourced from small-scale farmers, you'll create a positive experience for customers. This role requires excellent communication, teamwork, and hospitality skills, vital in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food

• Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café

• Educate customers about Bridgehead's story and products

• Communicate effectively with co-workers to ensure café efficiency

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service is an asset

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Proven punctuality and attendance record

• Physically fit to stand and lift up to 30 kg
