Diningroom Server for Seniors

Deliver exceptional service as a Dining room Server for seniors. This position requires food service experience and a genuine desire to learn while providing an empathetic dining experience for all Residents.

In this role, you'll be serving meals, ensuring dietary restrictions are followed, and creating a friendly environment for residents. The ideal candidate possesses patience, tact, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for maintaining dining room standards, clearing tables, and loading dishwashers, while also ensuring a respectful atmosphere for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare dining room for resident meals

• Serve food while respecting dietary restrictions

• Clear tables and operate dishwasher safely

• Check daily guest reservations at shift start

• Advise management on supply needs

Requirements:

• Food service experience preferred with seniors

• Ability to lift heavy objects and walk short distances
