As Carletto prepares to open, support staff are crucial for coordinating between the kitchen and the dining room. Your responsibilities encompass delivering food, maintaining standards, and managing service flow, making sure every guest enjoys a delightful dining experience. Previous experience in high-volume restaurants will be advantageous in this fast-paced role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate effective communication during service
• Deliver food promptly and verify presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas
• Assist servers to enhance overall dining efficiency
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams seamlessly
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of experience in a support staff role
• Strong pressure management and prioritization skills
