Key Responsibilities:
• Teach front of house procedures to new employees

• Monitor service speed and quality throughout shifts
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of Tim Hortons experience required
• Proven background in food service operations
• Excellent communication capabilities
• Desire to mentor and inspire others
• Flexible to work any shift, including weekends
