As a Server, your primary role includes greeting guests, taking orders, and providing excellent service in a high-volume restaurant setting. You will prepare appetizers, desserts, and beverages, while also utilizing suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience. Your ability to manage multiple tables effectively will contribute to a positive dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat customers upon arrival
• Accurately record orders and serve food and drinks
• Manage payments in line with cash handling procedures
• Clear and clean tables efficiently during service
• Assist other servers and handle guest concerns
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in high-volume dining
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Must be flexible, reliable, and a team player
• Capable of lifting food trays up to 25lbs
• Knowledge of health regulations in food handling
