Position: Operational Role: Assistant Food Beverage Manager
Drive operational efficiency as the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Cohere Centre. This role requires a keen focus on managing retail food services and enhancing guest interactions.

Working directly under the Food & Beverage Manager, you will facilitate daily operations across various retail outlets, including bars and cafés. Your mission is to ensure a consistent guest experience by supervising staff, maintaining compliance, and supporting service during events, contributing to a vibrant atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations of bars and retail cafés during events

• Train and supervise part-time and event-based staff

• Manage inventory and support catering setups during events

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

• Act as F&B lead in manager’s absence

Requirements:

• Over 3 years in food and beverage service

• 1+ year in a leadership role essential

• Smart Serve Certification needed for alcohol service

• Experience with managing POS systems

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
