• Track kitchen production and assist operations

• Organize and check inventory; assist in ordering

• Collaborate with staff for effective sushi bar operations

Requirements:

• Required food service experience; sushi background preferred

• Understanding of hygiene and food safety important

• Solid teamwork and communication skills needed

• Comfort with using basic technology

• Must be able to lift 20 kg and stand for long shifts
