As a vital member of the front-of-house team, the Busser greatly enhances guest satisfaction and supports servers in delivering exceptional dining experiences. With responsibilities focusing on table clearing, resetting, and replenishment of service supplies, you will ensure cleanliness and organization in the restaurant and lounge areas at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and replenish server stations with supplies

• Clear and reset tables for incoming guests

• Scrape and organize soiled dishes and trays

• Maintain cleanliness throughout dining areas during shifts

• Assist management with additional requests when needed

Requirements:

• Minimum six months experience in food service

• Ability to lift and move 25 pounds

• Strong communication skills in a bustling environment

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced casino

• Capability to stand or walk for extended periods
