At Carletto, we are seeking Support Staff to streamline the connection between our kitchen and dining room. This role requires a minimum of two years' experience in a similar setting, preferably in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for maintaining presentation standards, verifying plate accuracy, and ensuring guests receive their meals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate communication between kitchen and dining room

• Announce orders clearly to the kitchen team

• Ensure quality presentation and temperature standards

• Verify cleanliness and accuracy of dishes

• Deliver food promptly to tables

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of experience in a similar role

• Background in a high-volume restaurant environment

• Excellent communication skills in English and French

• Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure

• Experience in an upscale Italian restaurant is a plus
